Shipping Process

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This mean that we have started working on your order. This usually takes us 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Afterwards we will dispatch the order to you and we will send you an email containing tracking information. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). Currently we offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.

Delayed Orders

In case the maximum delivery time has elapsed and you still don't have your package, just give us an extra 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Delays can sometimes occur due to many reasons. We are very sorry for that.

Cancellation

In case you want to cancel your order, just contact us as quickly as possible and we will cancel it for you. Once your order has been processed we won't be able to cancel it anymore.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Have you received a damaged or incorrect item? We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately this can sometimes happen. Just take a photo of the issue and send us an email at customercare@acclaimmenswear.com.au and we will make sure you'll get a new correct item.
