No matter the reason, you have 14 days after receiving your item to submit a return request. After this you won't be able to return the item anymore.
Can I cancel my order?
Sure, to cancel your order, just contact us as quickly as possible and we will cancel it for you. Once your order has been processed we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
Can I exchange an item?
Would you like to exchange the item you received? No problem, just contact us at customercare@acclaimmenswear.com.au and we will help you with the exchange. Just keep in mind that the items must be in a new-like shape and you are entitled to exchange them within 14 days from the delivery date.
