Refund Policy

Key Information:

  • Return window: 14 days from the delivery date
  • Refund processing time: 10 days
  • No restocking fees
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Return Process

No matter the reason, you have 14 days after receiving your item to submit a return request. After this you won't be able to return the item anymore. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as when you received them, it must be unused, unwashed and with all the original tags attached. To startcustomercare@acclaimmenswear.com.au first and we will guide you through the process. Make sure you package the item carefully before you send it back to us. Bear in mind that you are responsible for any return shipping costs, but do not worry, as we don't charge any restocking fees.

Refund Process

The moment your package reaches us, our customer service team will contact you. Your request will be processed and your money will be refunded within 10 days of the package being delivered. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cancellation

In case you want to cancel your order, just contact us as quickly as possible and we will cancel it for you. Once your order has been processed we won't be able to cancel it anymore.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Have you received a damaged or incorrect item? We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately this can sometimes happen. Just take a photo of the issue and send us an email at customercare@acclaimmenswear.com.au and we will make sure you'll get a new correct item.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange the item you received? No problem, just contact us at customercare@acclaimmenswear.com.au and we will help you with the exchange. Just keep in mind that the items must be in a new-like shape and you are entitled to exchange them within 14 days from the delivery date.
