Return Process
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to submit a return request. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
For returns, please contact us at customercare@acclaimmenswear.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Process
The moment your package reaches us, our customer service team will contact you. Your request will be processed and your money will be refunded within 10 days of the package being delivered. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Order Cancellation Policy
As soon as you place your order, please get in touch with customer service if you would like to cancel it. They will confirm the cancellation of the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Have you received your package successfully, but it was damaged or the wrong things were delivered? Kindly contact us with your order number, take pictures of the issue, and provide a concise description of what's wrong.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. To receive your requested item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the desired item.
